Ever since the foundation of our family company in 1971, we have consistently complied with the progression of merging traditional and modern quality features: Being able to spot the most recent gastronomic trends and requirements as early as possible and combine them with traditional values. This development has also manifested within our corporate structures.

Our continuous business policy and the constant expansion of our business activities to new segments have formed the basis for the "2nd Generation of Lehrieder" – since 2006, besides Jürgen Lehrieder, René and Dr. Nadine Lehrieder have become managing partners of the company.

An event stands or falls with the staff. We rely on well-trained, fresh and motivated service personnel. Whether it's the eye contact, a brief nod, or just a nice smile - only if the guests feel well they will recall fond memories of the event.

As ISO-certified company, we follow the standard guidelines in the service section. We recruit and train our employees, and each service employee undergoes a continuing evaluation of their work by a superior.

"Behind the scenes" we rely on trained staff as well: the work of our pastry chefs, sous chefs and cooks is subject to high valuation standards and constant quality controls. Qualified service and event managers and a pool of mor than 350 service personnel ensure the proper amount of employees on site. We are flexible towards spontaneous changes and care for the appearance of our professional and competent employees, for the attentive service is our top priority and highly valued by our customers.
